We are a successful, fun restaurant group looking for energetic individuals who are PASSIONATE about the restaurant and hospitality business. We are looking to hiring a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager: Besito Mexican Roslyn.


We offer a competitive salary, great benefits and bonus programs for our managers + vacation and 2 days off per week.


Our Besito Managers are outgoing, energetic, have excellent people skills and are passionate about The Besito Way which, in a nutshell, is all about creating unforgettable experiences for each guest that walks through our doors. Our Besito Managers are also skilled team leaders, communicators and motivators and are genuinely excited about everything surrounding the hospitality & restaurant business {aka: the people business}.

Our Besito Managers:

  • Have 2-3+ years experience in a restaurant management position preferred, but we are looking for the passion to be a part of something great and a willingness to learn so we may make exceptions for the right candidate.

  • Have Experience working in high-end or sophisticated restaurant environments preferred but not required

  • Have an understanding of restaurant POS systems

  • Have knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems & messaging

  • Are able to grow and maintain a healthy and happy FOH team

  • Are very self-disciplined and a great multi-tasker

  • Have a keen eye for detail in every area of the restaurant

  • Understand and are comfortable with POS and computer systems

  • Are humble and willing to learn

  • Possess an inherent goodness

  • Would like to work towards becoming a General Manager


Job Description & Specifications:

  • Establish excellent and GENUINE guest relations, ensure guest satisfaction and lead your teams by example

  • Care for our team as a family

  • Identify and develop future leaders

  • Manage and maintain all FOH Inventory, Smallwares, and Marketing Items

  • Ensure the profitability of Besito Mexican restaurant by operating within company budgets

  • Respond to any possible guest issue (though rare) in a genuine and timely manner to ensure all guests leave happy

  • Manage and fully understand the backend of our POS system (TOAST) with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Ensure that all daily/weekly restaurant administrative work and workgroup tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year based off experience
